Synectics plc announces that it was notified on 29 May 2026 that Quadnetics Employees' Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), the trustee of the Company's employee benefit trust, Synectics Plc Employees' Trustees Limited (the "EBT"), had acquired 11,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of 20p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 199.66 pence per Ordinary Share.

Synectics (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, was notified on 25 November 2020 that on the same day, David Aindow, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 101 pence per share.
Following this purchase, the beneficial holding of Mr. Aindow is 2,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
