Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

The Company released an update to shareholders on 23 April 2020.

The Board continues to closely monitor the effect Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is having on our colleagues, our customers, and our business.

Whilst constantly reviewing and updating our response to the rapidly changing situation, the priorities for the Company are to:

  • protect the health and well-being of our employees and customers;
  • provide ongoing support to our customers, especially where we are providing essential security and safety; and
  • manage our business for the long term by prudent actions to preserve cash and maintain capability.

The Company’s business is to provide security and safety systems: our employees and customers are acutely aware of the vital role they play in protecting communities around the world, and are making every effort to ensure our customers can rely on us at this difficult time.

Management is making necessary decisions daily to meet the evolving situation and is closely following all national government regulations and guidance wherever the Company operates. This includes travel, working practices, 'stay home' notifications, healthcare, and well-being.

Despite significant disruption, we continue use best endeavours to provide essential service and support to our customers on-site where required and have increased our remote support capabilities.
