Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, has been notified that on 30 July 2020 Paul Webb, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and Iain Stringer, a PDMR of the Company, each purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 130 pence per share.
Following these purchases, the interests of Paul Webb and Iain Stringer in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
