Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, is pleased to announce it has signed a five-year extension to an existing framework agreement with Stagecoach, one of the UK's largest bus operators (the “Agreement”).

Under the terms of the Agreement, Ocular Integration, the Company's wholly owned systems integration business, will continue to supply and install advanced CCTV systems integrated with Synectics’ Cloud Transport Services on Stagecoach’s fleet of new, factory-built buses. The combined solution supports Stagecoach in enhancing passenger safety, incident management, and operational efficiency, while providing the technology for connected fleet operations and collaborative investigations.

Ocular Integration has been working with Stagecoach since 2003, and this renewed commitment reflects the strength and longevity of the partnership, as well as Synectics’ continued focus on delivering innovative, reliable solutions for the UK’s public transport sector.
