Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, provides an update on trading for the year ending 30 November 2025 (“FY 2025, the “Period”).

The Company is pleased to confirm that trading for FY 2025 is expected to deliver revenues of approximately £67m (FY24: £55.8m) and PBT of no less than £5.7m (excluding the share-based payment charge) (FY24: £4.7m).

Progress has been positive in the year to date, securing extensions and repeat orders with both new and existing long-term customers across a variety of sectors and geographies, in addition to successfully delivering a significant, non-recurring gaming contract in South-East Asia in the Period.

As outlined in the FY 2024 Annual Report and FY 2025 Interim Report, Synectics’ refreshed growth strategy is focused on scaling the business sustainably through targeted investment in product development, and commercial and operational capabilities. The Company expects to increase investment in 2026, to support the Company’s strategic growth ambitions and position Synectics to capitalise on substantial market opportunities ahead.

The Company continues to build a solid order book and has good visibility on its new business pipeline for FY 2026, supported by ongoing customer demand in growing markets.  Recent contract wins in the renewables and decarbonisation sectors, announced today, reflect early traction from the Company’s strategic initiatives to broaden its market reach and diversify its end markets.

With a strong balance sheet, a strengthening market position, and clear strategic priorities, the Board remains confident in Synectics’ outlook and its ability to deliver long-term value creation.
