Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, announces that it has secured a £1.8 million, five-year contract with Bus Eireann through its systems integration business, Ocular Integration (“Ocular”).

Bus Eireann, Ireland's most extensive national bus service provider, will deploy Synectics' real-time cloud services across the existing fleet. This technology upgrade enables comprehensive on-vehicle CCTV management through Ireland's cellular network, delivering:

• Enhanced operational efficiency;
• Faster evidence retrieval capabilities; and
• Foundations for future system integrations.

This contract strengthens Ocular's position in Ireland's transport sector, building on an established relationship with Bus Eireann, dating back to 2004. The five-year contract provides predictable revenue streams and reinforces Bus Eireann’s ongoing confidence in Synectics' technology platform.
