Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces that on 1 June 2021, Steve Coggins, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 13,790 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at 140 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Coggins’ total interests in Ordinary Shares are as follows:
